I have been watching American Idol as long as it has been on. I was thrilled at the talent of Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood. It seems the last three years have been pathetic.

My biggest sorrow about my guy Cee Lo is when he choose cute over talent. He chose Sisters Tori and Taylor, over Kelsey.The song, “Unwritten”. Kelsey knocked it out of the park.

I now realize how you can really think someone has a good voice, at first, and then, the more you listen, the more you hear, and the more you can change your mind. I had some early favorites who are still my favorites.

This is the first elimination night. This is what makes this show a “TV” show. Suspense, and people you really like, go home! They compete in a boxing ring… really great idea.

I can’t wait for tonights episode, where I hear that is got heated when the first elimination took place. I’ll be blogging it.

Last year Idol was the worst season of all, this year, was the second worst. I just can’t sit there and watch Randy Jackson use the word Brilliant when someone was just OK. I just cannot do it!! The judges have become cheerleaders for so-so singers,

“The Voice” opened with Cee Lo Green’s and Knarls Barkley’s huge hit, “Crazy”. The four judges sing this together. Christina, Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, and Cee Lo.
